1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, accessing, or placing an order on https://urjabaazaar.com(“UrjaBaazaar”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Nature of Platform & Professional Installation Disclaimer

UrjaBaazaar is a technical engineering commerce platform supplying specialized equipment including solar photovoltaic panels, string/hybrid inverters, lithium energy storage systems, industrial switchgear, cables, and thermal imaging cameras.

3. Pricing, GST Invoicing & Payment Terms

• Statutory GST Invoicing: All catalog prices and orders are accompanied by official GST Tax Invoices. Applicable GST rates (5%, 12%, 18%, or 28%) are determined strictly by the corresponding Harmonized System of Nomenclature (HSN) codes.
• Input Tax Credit (ITC): B2B buyers must provide a valid GSTIN and registered legal trade name during checkout to claim ITC. Invoices are automatically transmitted to the GST Portal for GSTR-2B matching.
• Payment Channels: Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification via PhonePe, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or approved B2B Trade Net-30 credit lines.

4. Pre-Dispatch Testing, Dispatch & Delivery

To eliminate on-site dead-on-arrival (DOA) failures, industrial equipment undergoes pre-dispatch bench verification and calibration before fulfillment.

• Fast Delivery: Items are prepared and handed to logistics partners swiftly upon passing pre-dispatch checks. Operations do not run on Sundays and declared national holidays.
• Freight Handling: Solar panel pallets and heavy inverters are transported via tailgate-equipped heavy freight (Safexpress, V-Trans). Standard parcels are routed via express air couriers (BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery).
• Transit Inspection: Buyers are required to inspect packaging and tamper seals upon delivery before signing the courier acknowledgment.

5. Returns, Replacements & Non-Returnable Goods

Our 30-Day return and replacement policy applies to uninstalled, sealed hardware in original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom cut-to-length cables (e.g. solar DC cable cut per metre) and custom-ordered factory build units cannot be returned once cut/dispatched.
• Damaged/Defective Goods: Damaged-in-transit or defective items are eligible for immediate replacement with zero restocking fees upon video/photo verification.

6. Manufacturer Warranty & RMA Processing

All products carry genuine manufacturer warranties (e.g., Victron Energy 5-year, Deye 5/10-year, Polycab, Hikmicro 3-year sensor warranty). UrjaBaazaar facilitates direct OEM RMA claims and manufacturer replacement support for all verified purchases.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UrjaBaazaar or Homemaint be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from equipment improper installation, grid synchronization failures, lightning surges, or unauthorized firmware modifications. Our maximum aggregate liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific product in dispute.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
